It does say "may". Not necessarily automatic. So who makes the next move? Maybe there are court records we don't have access to?

Could this be hush because of it being a material development yada yada akin to insider information that would require a stock halt and pr or something. One would think PN would at least try to knock down the assessed value of the plants even if they concede guilt (negligence seeming pretty obvious here).

The only thing that PN has of value is their oil license. PN is a poorly run company. They had a recall back in 2014 for high levels of bacteria.

Wow! What a shady outfit! Kill 12/20 plants and don't know which plant strain is which out of the survivors! We're the storing them in someone's garage?
