BB, I am still curious if you have an official attorney to represent you. I am impressed with your grasp of the myriad of issues AMRN now has. I hope the FDA pays big time and that you benefit. I hope AMRN's legal councel is following your posts here. Do you have any indication that they are? One can assume the FDA is following your posts. If the FDA doesn't clean up the mess I hope they are criminally charged.

I agree with everything you wrote except for the last paragraph, I simply have no comment on that. I think with the judge's request for information on negotiations, FDA will not be able to prolong this much further, so something has got to give.

I don't believe that it is the judge's intention to clear up his calendar. I don't believe that it is the judges intention to clear up his calendar. He realizes that FDA is being a bully and wants to put an end to it.

You are 100% correct, FDA has totally abused us for the last several years
