I never said this was a scam. I am simply pointing out that many scams deal in LOI's.

I'm buying more because I can't find any reason why ftnw would bother with the last two years of crapola if they didn't have some great plans about to unfold.

Clearly as anyone can read this is not a LOI anymore, it's already a done deal. They never announced the LOI.
