Why will you be buying more if you say it's a scam? I'm not discounting you or the company, but I'm curious. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a strategic alliance is different from a letter of intent. Letter of intent comes before the strategic alliance agreement. The work will begin 2/22.

From what I could find: "One of the most critical steps in forming an alliance is the preparation of a non-binding letter of intent. Its main purpose is to advance negotiations from the discussion stage involving verbal understandings which are vague and conceptual to the stage of a clear understanding of the basic terms of the alliance."

The alliance was finalized this week.


In this case, I think it could possibly be different given the extraordinary circumstances. The work that has gone into reviving this thing wouldn't justify a pump in my opinion. The real task is getting shares available and eyes on this. Just my thoughts, though.
