A few words to comfort the shaky mind ....

There are many variables which we have no knowledge of.

There are many speculations which are far from facts.

We know the patents are real.

We know cases against infringes are real.

We know the law firm is real.

We know REVO is a good risk among most micro stocks

We know ... We hope to kick butt .... That's for real .... LOL

I am usually very aggressive, but I decided to mellow out this one time ... That's for real ..... LOL

'Honest' Ron Carter really is unbelievably incompetent, Lantern.

'Honest' Ron never knew how to build a business, and was always incompetent. Solomon Ali knew how to run an investment scam, but got careless.

Put those two elements together and you have the formula for a screwed up business under SEC investigation.

The public company stock scam is now dead.

The transfer of assets to Eyetalk365 has taken the underlying business private.

REVO shareholders are left holding a busted flush.

Have you ever heard of Occam's Razor?

The principle is: Among competing hypotheses, the one with the fewest assumptions should be selected., i.e. the simplest theory (that fits the facts) is usually the correct one.

So, I'm sticking with simple incompetence and/or lack of motivation as an explanation for what has happened here (vs. elaborate planning involving Machiavellian motives).

Although sabotage (from a whistleblower) may have played a part, now Carter (and REVO shareholders) are in a much worse position, with management having to do a huge amount of work (refiling years of audited financials as well as filing form 211) just to get back to square one.

Given the considerable amount of work involved in the financials and the 211, and the glacial speed at which they have moved in the past, I imagine that it might actually take them six months to a year to get REVO reinstated with the SEC as an OTC pink upgrade.

I agree with you that considering the patents and the incredible potential here, it's hard to conceive of this level of incompetence or to wrap your head around what has happened so far.
