That's my point, no one with a modicum of expertise in running a company would have committed some of these alleged bad acts without expecting, possibly, some serious repercussions. Unless, there is a hidden goal on the other side of these actions. It seems as though this company was run into the ground intentionally. Anybody on the outside looking at this company's potential (i.e., viable patents) would say, you guys have a pretty good hand here, so if you play your cards correctly, almost certain a Big Winner! Now everybody and their mama are implementing Carter's patents all over the place. A number of these companies are not gigantic in nature. There is a commercial running on TV now, where there is one guy touting his version of video/audio entrance technology. Not kidding!! Now Carter's (i.e., Eyetalk365) claim to fame is sue anybody who steps on his patent(s). This is ridiculous! Now he is suing everybody for relative peanuts, when on the other hand, he was possibly in position to dominate a large part of the residential & commercial property security industry. Nuts!! Nut!! Nut!! Carter has had patents on this technology for years, but chose not to build it out, not to develop it. Who knows why. If he didn't have the funding early on, he could have partnered with some organization which had the resources to make this thing go. Now what does he have? What do we have? The way things are shaping up, maybe nothing! There is no excuse for this kind of nonsense. Unless! Maybe unless! There is some kind of Machiavellian plan behind all of this. Thus, the resulting by-product will be all in their favor, of course. If this is all wet, then an apology is extended. But no one can look at this fiasco and say they truly understand it, even a little bit. I can't believe anybody could possibly be this incompetent, without it being Orchestrated. But maybe yours truly is wrong! Well, everybody is wrong sometime!
