The 0.4 in the 10Q you noted was for the period ending December, 2014.

The September 2015 value is 0 as it is for "Developed Technology", "Customer Relationships" and "Internal-use Software." According the company, the patents had no useful life in September of 2015, way before the claim of "prior art" that Golpe noted from another source.

Note the interesting change in Customer Relationships from 6.8 years to 0 years in 9 months. It seems the pipeline had no value.
