It is what it appears to be: a P&D pure and simple. For those of us who have tracked this since 2009, it's really easy to see. Heck, they've still got the same third grader writing the PR's.
As far as reducing the AS, and those holding pref A shares holding off on conversions for now, that's all bs. As long as ONE pref A share exists, it has 6x the voting power of the entire common OS, so they can have meetings in front of the mirror and increase the AS again once they run low on the 1.5 billion. As I recall, the AS has gone from 750m to 1.5b to 3b to 9.5b and now back to 1.5b, all at the whim of those selling shares to bagholders.
After the latest RS, the OS was around 5 million. What is it now? Probably hundreds of millions just waiting for suckers to buy into the fabricated false pr's. I see they're still touting being a part 141 flight school which is an out and out lie. Not to mention the colorado grow store that they've probably been evicted from by now for non-payment of rent....
