I failed to read 'retiring' or 'buying back' or 'returning to treasury' or well, anything of the likes.

And this just sours the entire 'thing' for me:

A company that tosses anything and everything at the wall to see what sticks? Weed, avionics, medical, yea, alrighty then.

It;s like saying " hey, we know somebody that has something to do with something medical, and needs to get hold of some shares to sell to fund their project" , think about it.
