Actually it doesn't sound like anything. A lot of hoo ha about ESCU for nothing.

Is Gary F Kimmons just cringing at the fact his possible dirty laundry is being exposed in the S-1?

He was compensated $700,000+ dollars in shareholder funds for doing what exactly? IMO stringing investors along in his eDoorways Blogs?

Were Investors funding Gary F Kimmons to make sometimes stupid excuses or help build shareholder value?

Why can't he now MAN UP and address eDoorways shareholders?
