Judge Mary Walrath in Wilmington, Del., signed off Tuesday on the sale of Cache's intellectual property and customer lists to Cato Corp .

I don't know what he is talking about but I found this:

...Cato (NYSE:CATO) announces it bought the intellectual property of two brands which ended up in the bankruptcy bin.

The company says it's working on plans to develop Cache and Body Central with an eye on using them as growth vehicles.
