I think AVIII and PYR (hate to say it lol) have done a great job in illustrating how the information presented by NWBO has a huge margin for error. Does it mean that the trial is 100% doomed, no but it does mean that there is a much greater risk. This is why I'm so weary of Management. Typically when a company releases data, they hold a CC to take questions and discuss in more detail. Does it not worry anyone that NWBO has never done that? If there aren't any holes they could end all of the speculation.

Why is the Direct Trial been postponed for 2 years? Especially at a time when Woodford was pumping money up the wazoo?

If I recall correctly, there is a statistically significant correlation to OS based on whether there is early psPD or later psPD. This may be the rational for earlier screening vs. standard procedure as the Phase 3 trial focuses on eliminating the outliers. This may also explain why there was only one psPD found in the expanded access trial. Best wishes.
