The BOD may be voted out next meeting.

I think they know it too. The hedgies as well as retailers will likely send a strong message this time around.
Time may be up for the BOD.
I have my doubts but many are saying the meeting will be the first Alamo for this company.

...the "control funds" include KKR, Teppers, Greywolf and seven other Series B preferred holders.

...other funds (defined as institutional or other), as listed in the fund's filings at 9/30/2015 and/or 12/31/2015, and their affiliation (working relationships) with the "control funds," would make one reasonably conclude that "they've got the votes to do anything that they want."
