That is exactly what was said about the Federal counterclaim; which, BTW, was completely DISMISSED. That's because the courts weigh facts and evidence, not hearsay, who can shout the loudest, etc.
The facts say there was, and is, NO CASE! There was no evidence, no witnesses and no crime. MW is up the creek without a paddle.
