Don't take a multivitamin for this - just take a B12 supplement. Trader Joe's has a cheap one - one pill a week should do it.

It's more important for vegans than vegetarians as diary products (and potentially eggs) have some B12. (B12 is actually made only by bacteria).

If you want to take the Rolls-Royce of supplements, then go to Dr. Priscilla Slagle's website, "The Way Up From Down," and find out which supplements are the best. I know her personally and she has the highest integrity regarding the supplements that she recommends.
