Please supply the part of the audited financials that show the "certified patent value" as well as the Value Certification paperwork.

BigBuy57, there are ZERO Current SEC-Audited-Filings

IMO the Escue Energy information sounds like those old silly Mind Games Gary F Kimmons used to pull on investors.

This is convoluted logic. The audited financials have confirmed the assessed value of the patent. As far as ESCU is concerned, that's game, set and match

Seriously the OtcMarkets fins are being compared to SEC Filings? Ha Ha

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 27, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- eDoorways International Corporation (Pink Sheets:EDWYD) announced today that the Company has successfully completed a 1,000-1 reverse split in an effort to increase long-term shareholder value and secure major funding opportunities. "I'd like to start by thanking all of our long-term shareholders for sticking by eDoorways as we complete our reverse split and add significant opportunities for the Company and our shareholders," stated Gary Kimmons, CEO of eDoorways International Corporation. "While reverse splits are generally ill-perceived by the community, our shareholders have shown a great deal of support as they know this action was taken to increase our access to the capital markets as well as move forward with our audit and up listing."

Who the Hell did Gary F Kimmons poll to get their approval of a Reverse Split.....WOW

I guess Gary F Kimmons thought Investors were soo stupid to believe that if he said that it must be true.....

Really??? Where is this "confirmed" asset value in the audited financials? All I see is a footnote.

Where is the Certified Asset Valuation Report that we keep hearing about? Oh, that's right, they must have left that out of the S-1.

Great, a post on a stock board is the only confirmation that the patent has ANY value...wow...that is proof of the pathetic state of this stock.

We keep hearing about this "certified" asset that ESCU owns, but the only confirmation is by iHub posts?

Wow, that's just sad.
