A dividend would be better than nothing, but if they aren't planning on buying us all out and going private then I would rather they do something like get us back onto the OTCBB or better for increased visibility and interest.

The beauty of a dividend is it allows the family to get money out of the company on a regular basis. It also sends a message to the market that a nice stable company is showing confidence in the future and may attract some bigger money, thus increasing stock price and helping current shareholders, including the family.
