It isn't that they are being hidden, it's just that they possibly just never posted to the volume during a busy period. Most likely they are last second transactions, that take place while the market is open but post AH. The fault hat it keeps happening leads me to believe the dilutors are hitting the bid last second to try to finish up. My assumption is they should be gone tomorrow is they didn't finish up EOD. This is toxic debt from previous loans and I am sure China wants it off the books prior to moving forward, the hold up has been on CDNLs end rather then China most likely. It will be more obvious if VFIN and VNDM are gone at some point tomorrow if not get on the bid at 39 or lower EOD and see if you get filled
