Why is it over for IFUS? Its simple logic. All of MW's claims were thrown out for lack of evidence. He couldn't even produce a witness, not even one! That was the same evidence he needs to defend himself in the RICO trial and in the State Case. He DOES NOT have it!! If he didn't have it for $3,500,000.00 he surely doesn't have it for $250,000.00.
Hers a hint: All those "customers, suppliers etc that JS supposedly contacted? Turns out that they called him wondering why they weren't being paid by IFUS or having their product delivered. That's why the Federal Judge released Ol' Joe from all of MW's claims.
There is no evidence and there are no witnesses. MW is just milking as many people as he can, while he can.
