Well great. You are making my point here. People who committed any violation of the law should be penalized. However, Biel and the shareholders will be protected because they are the public interest. The SEC investigation is an investigation in the public interest. I see no risk whatsoever of stock halt or any damage to the company even if the stock at 10 times current level. You cannot penalize a hugely undervalued company in the name of public interest. You can penalize inviduals if they violated the law.
This is why I see this investigation to be positive for Biel and long term shareholders before lift off.
