Perfect post!

Thank God for you, Senor and Mag -- you keep me from going completely insane (I realize I am already partially insane)

Such a great post so I have only 1 thing to add...

A reverse split makes the possibility of a forward split much more likely.

So with a 1:10 reverse split:

1000 shares at $1 becomes 100 shares at $10

When the stock hits $200-$300, a 2:1 or even 3:1 forward split is probable.

With 100 shares at $200, a 2:1 split gives you:

200 shares at $100...

Another 2:1 split gives you 400 shares

A 3rd 2:1 split gives you 800 shares, which is almost back to your original 1000 shares

A 4th split gives you 1600 shares, which is 60% more than what you started with.

This is one of the reasons why I want a large reverse split of 1:10 to knock the shares outstanding down to 40M-60M -- this way, the stock can really move fast and the probability of multiple reverse splits goes way up.

There are no guarantees. First TRTC must meet the criteria to uplist.
Then the NAZ will or will not consider the application. It does not naturally follow that just by submitting an application that it will be accepted and approved. Marijuana will in all likelihood still be listed as a Schedule 1 drug at the time of applications. Consider if you will the amount of details that will have to be taken into account by whomever will make the final decision. The decision will by made by humans, not a computer program. The crystal ball is certainly quite hazy once all the factors have come into play. I suspect that the tentacles of Big T, Pharma, Alcohol are well established throughout the entire financial sector as well as DC. I am hoping that TRTC delays any attempts to uplist until two events have occurred: 1. Marijuana is rescheduled. 2. The pps reaches and hold the minimum requirement to be consider by the NAZ for inclusion.

Your analysis is quite clear and thorough except you failed to include the all important caveat; All Things Held Equal.

You cannot make accurate comparisons of two elements existing in two separate dynamic systems.

It's simple to say if the same event occurred to both elements at the same time in their respective systems but the reality is that condition is extremely unlikely to occur.

People are not down here in the muck and mire of the OTC for 20, 30 year retirement investing. This is the world of crooks and scoundrels trying to take advantage of those fantasy seekers looking to strike it rich. But more than once in a while a fantasy seeker or two makes a killing. That's why I am here.
Being you are not of the fantasy seeking type what are your investment objectives here?

If this is such a fantasy why are you here?
Perhaps you could convince a fund manger to create a nice ETF consisting of about 500 or so OTC stocks and you could but that.

An excellent, extremely helpful, informative and honest post, that all investors and prospective investors concerned about a possibl, but likely reverse split, should definitely read and take seriously.

Opening the investing path for serious institutional mutual fund/etf portfolio investing and re-classification, surely seeming inevitable, will be nothing short of explosive for TRTC and it's share price. In the meantime, there are so many positive, revenue generating and other positive fundamentals taking place, that make TRTC a winner today at sale prices.
