He does understand, just refuses to admit it. The reverse split ruins the fantasy for people. It's a lot easier to dream that if you have 50,000 shares and the PPS goes to $100 than you will have $5,000,000 than it is to dream the equivalent which would be 5,000 shares x $1000 share price = $5,000,000.

It wrecks the fantasy since it starts to seem unrealistic that the share price would go to $1000. On top of that, almost all reverse splits that happen are followed with a drop in PPS which ultimately destroys your investment. So I understand the fear and dislike for reverse splits, however, there needs to be an understanding that most companies doing a reverse split are doing it because the company is in trouble and they are desperate to try to save it.

TRTC's reason for R/S would be completely different. It would not be done as a company in trouble, it would be exactly the opposite. TRTC would be doing it from a position of strength. Like a child growing up and getting to go to school to play with and compete against other kids for the first time.

The fantasy is to have TRTC's PPS go to $100 ?? Well, after the R/S it's ability to move to $100 will be much greater due to the lower share count. It will move to $100 mathematically just as easily as a non R/S would move to $10 which would equate to that same value of $500,000 for the investor given the share counts I cited earlier.

The only difference between the two scenario's as Sleek, Magnum, and Senor have been pointing out is that on the Nasdaq, TRTC is legitimized as an investment and big money that won't even consider investing in TRTC on the OTC exchange will suddenly be able to and probably willing to invest in TRTC. This factor makes the R/S move to $100 PPS much more likely than a move to $10 would be without the R/S.

The important thing in all of this is actually the strength of the business. If the business is strong, eventually the appropriate rewards will come to share holders. The business is getting stronger every day and trying to get to the Nasdaq is part of trying to get even stronger even if it requires getting there by doing something that will scare some investors. JMHO.

On another note, is there a limit to how many people you can block? I have tried to block someone about 10 times and it won't take. WTF?
