Regarding up listing, I personally don't expect it until sometime in 2017. I think the markets will continue to decline this year, but that TPIV will bottom with partnership news and the start of trials and then will trend up, going against the bear market. If things go as we all expect, I think 2017 we could up list without a reverse split.
