I guess we were listening to different interviews or at the minimum have different intrepretations of the events. What I can't understand is why you would put your money into a company being run by incompetent management? Your continually belittling of Rufus and Ben Stanley in no way brings anything to this discussion. Other than the 5 minute interview what are you basing your characterizations on?

I believe that they know exactly what they are doing and have put together a very sound company in CVSU.

So we disagree, that's what live is all about.

I see no reason to believe that there is any possibility that FHAL shareholders could receive 15/sh at all. So I think the topic is moot and should not be the main topic of discussion anymore. CVSU does not have enough cash to pay that. It's a total impossibility, makes no sense, and mus have something to do with the internal stock structure of CVSU, which is not public.
An evaluation of CVSU assets including true book value is more relevant to the pps potential for us shareholders. We should be analysing the assets of CVSU thoroughly with a magnifying glass to know what this stock is worth now.
