Ronnie, that's the best post here in 2 days ....

No one is even bothering to disect CVSU's businesses and that's exactly what they should be doing instead of attempting to hypothesize about the 8-K, etc.

<I see no reason to believe that there is any possibility that FHAL shareholders could receive 15/sh at all. So I think the topic is moot and should not be the main topic of discussion anymore. CVSU does not have enough cash to pay that. It's a total impossibility, makes no sense, and mus have something to do with the internal stock structure of CVSU, which is not public.
An evaluation of CVSU assets including true book value is more relevant to the pps potential for us shareholders. We should be analysing the assets of CVSU thoroughly with a magnifying glass to know what this stock is worth now.>

I am not saying it is true but that is exactly what I was told. No interpretation needed. He made that specific statement. The issue is not moot until others gets some clarification. To my investment this is the most important paragraph in the 8K. One because I don't fully understand it's ramifications negative or positive. The reason I called him on it was I was afraid they would attempt a reverse split to get the share price to $15. He assured me they would not and then gave me the explanation I shared in previous posts. Two because that statement could have huge affect on my investment.

There is a discrepancy between what is being said and what info is publically available. So I am going to reserve judgement until others have talked to Rufus.

I will now refrain from posting until others get some clarity on these issues.

I have been looking at some of the companies in the CSVU portfolio, listed on their web site, and I do not seem to find much detail about revenues or performance. Can others please post info they have found.

I did see the American International Smart Structure info - what do others think of this division ?
