The punchline from KKR standpoint is we view it as a very interesting tax advantage vehicle for us to make some kind of acquisition for KKR in the financial space or otherwise. Through that vehicle we would have an ownership position in it. So in effect we got a tax advantage vehicle through which we have the option of going and doing something interesting with balance sheet capital. So I would think of it almost as tax advantage SPAC that we can go use to do interesting things. It's not a client account to be clear.
