don't know if it's a good thing that the Chan group will take the lead... We don't know them neither their plan for the future.... But THE good thing about them on board is BYE BYE Hazout!!!

No I do not. They are an Unknown entity that could very well get control then take it private and you and I would not have any recourse.

Sure hope its a good thing ... but if it really were one would think the shares would be getting a stronger bid.

Also agree that the Chinese group is a huge unknown. However, it's undeniable that either they see value in the shares that the market it missing - or Ms. Chan is one tenacious lady who is acting more from her heart than good business sense. Hopefully it's the former.

All in all though I think it is a good thing. I would have likely given them control over my shares if I weren't so disgusted with the entire SDRG affair. If they do have 75% of the shares, I don't feel as bad about not wasting the time to vote with them.

Given the complete debacle that has occurred in the precious metal sector these past few years, it's got to be a good thing that anyone is showing interest in these shares.

If there plan is to take this private, then one would think that they would have to offer to buy all the outstanding shares. That's got to be good - but then they are not actively bidding on the shares - which is not good. If they really had a plan that they believed in - one would think they would be swiping up available shares between 2 and 5 cents.

Who knows? Guess we will find out soon enough. The shareholder meeting should be interesting. My guess is the Canuck figures out a way to screw them on procedural issues.

These shares are dead and are likely to be for some time. Give us a rip roaring bull market in PM and that could change - but until then we are probably lucky that we are still alive.
