Here is another reply to this same 700,000 silly speculation... The same answer will go for the bogus nonsense claims of $1,080,000, 41 million, and 400 million dollars :)

BTW, Kimmons assisted in bringing in the Wind Business to the company before he left otherwise this new business could not magically start business. Common sense :)

Oh, no!…the $700,000 distraction that doesn’t have anything to do with ESCU again? LOL…Well, here is the answer again…“Gary Kimmons has not been involved with the company for several years. Kimmons resigned as CEOon August 15th, 2013.

He did not receive $700,000 as salary in 2014. On March 25, 2014

The S1 says that Kimmons received $713k worth of COMMON STOCK as BACK PAYMENT for deferred accrued compensation. NO CASH.

Kimmons was not an employee of ESCU in 2014.
EDWY entered into a settlement agreement with Kimmons. 1,456,702, 076 common shares were issued to Kimmons based on the terms of an employment agreement entered into on the 1st day of January, 2012 between EDWY and Kimmons.

The shares issued were compensation-in-full for the outstanding amount owed of $713,784 for accrued and unpaid services rendered during the years prior to Kimmons resignation in 2013.

I believe that the ESCU Plan of Operation should be added to the iBox.

Plan of Operation

The Company plans to achieve the following milestones through December, 2017.

First Six Months Commencing January 2016

The first phase of our development efforts will be the preparation of blueprints to implement the design of the 4 Vertical-Axis Wind Turbine prototypes. The Company plans to continue to retain independent consulting engineers to develop the blueprints for the building of the prototypes. The Company anticipates that it will spend approximately $1,900,000 to conduct the above mentioned activities. During this time we expect to incur $100,000 in general administrative expense.

Eighteen Months Commencing July 2016

Following the engineering of the 4 prototypes, we will secure a third party to manufacture the 4 Vertical Axis Wind Turbine prototypes and thereafter install and conduct initial testing of the prototypes. We estimate expenditures of $2,300,000 related to these efforts. Finally we will conduct operational testing and certification process of the 4 Vertical Axis Wind Turbine prototypes. During this period the Company plans to employ individuals with experience in the testing phase as well as utilize the services of outside independent contractors. We expect to expend $500,000 for the testing and certification process. During this time we expect to expend $200,000 in general administrative expense.

We are a development stage business and have had no revenue since our formation. There can be no assurance that we will complete the development of the design and manufacture of the 4 VAWT prototypes as we will not be able to generate revenues until the prototypes have been fully tested and certified. Further, there can be no assurance that even if revenues are generated by the business, that those revenues will be sufficient to enable the Company to maintain its operations.
