BTW, Kimmons assisted in bringing in the Wind Business to the company before he left otherwise this new business could not magically start business. Common sense :)

He did not receive $700,000 as salary in 2014. On March 25, 2014
The S1 says that Kimmons received $713k worth of COMMON STOCK as BACK PAYMENT for deferred accrued compensation. NO CASH.
Kimmons was not an employee of ESCU in 2014.
EDWY entered into a settlement agreement with Kimmons. 1,456,702, 076 common shares were issued to Kimmons based on the terms of an employment agreement entered into on the 1st day of January, 2012 between EDWY and Kimmons.
The shares issued were compensation-in-full for the outstanding amount owed of $713,784 for accrued and unpaid services rendered during the years prior to Kimmons resignation in 2013.
