There's a lot to like about the company. Their land is worth a lot more than it's on the books for. Their operations are viable if unexciting. This is the second time I've made money here on an outside promo. I'll wait until it falls and gets quiet and buy it back. No convertible debt. After this promo there will be a lot of overhead supply but that's ok. For those of us with patience it's a safe place to park money if it can be repurchased at .05 or less. imo of course :)
