Spot on Teffy-Trader. GLDG isn't going anywhere until they're up to date. Lot's of people got lot's of money in this ticker. Filings should already be completed. It's taking way to long which is opening the door to some big problems we should all want to avoid
Well said! This ambitious new CEO needs to understand that corporate structure means everything to the investment community. He needs to get filings done and completed to take care of those who have helped invest at this early point in Combo Hitter. Anything short of that and he would be finished in the public sector for this or any other endeavors he may have. Investors and traders never forget. A lot riding here for the CEO and I think he will get it done but certainly seems he has learned or is learning some lessons along the way about merging into a company especially with an ex CEO like Bobby.
