Well said! This ambitious new CEO needs to understand that corporate structure means everything to the investment community. He needs to get filings done and completed to take care of those who have helped invest at this early point in Combo Hitter. Anything short of that and he would be finished in the public sector for this or any other endeavors he may have. Investors and traders never forget. A lot riding here for the CEO and I think he will get it done but certainly seems he has learned or is learning some lessons along the way about merging into a company especially with an ex CEO like Bobby.

I HOPE he performs and in the near future ,as we both know a company can only trade so long till no filings will catch up with them.

Maybe some of these VERY BULLISH traders here can get fire under his arse?
