Do you understand SEC Investigations?

The Information below is pretty silly IMO

So here's the question: where are the lawsuits? Where is the SEC investigation? Where are the first-person testimonials that corroborate the accusation?

This is a waste of time. Consider this. If things were that far out of line, there definitely would have been ramifications.

Consider this....Why Gary F Kimmons didn't submit some possible damming evidence against him....those dreaded 2009-2011 SEC 10K....i wonder why ;)

If Gary F Kimmons, Kathyrn and Lance were possibly under a SEC and FINRA investigation would this broadcast publicly? Would this information be broadcast during a possible investigation? Too Funny!

How does the public not know for sure that Gary F Kimmons FlashZero activities aren't being eyed by the United States Securities Commission?

How does the public not know for sure that Gary F Kimmons FlashZero Stock Promoters activities aren't being eyed by the United States Securities Commission?

Gary F Kimmons and his son Lance names appear on new United States Securities Exchange Commission filings that IMO is strong evidence that they continued to receive compensation in spite of their company not generating Revenue. Are Gary an his son completely irresponsible with public funding? How does the public not know for sure if the Gary F Kimmons, Lance Kimmons information showing on the Escue S-1 isn't possible evidence that could be used?

IMO Gary F Kimmons would actually be silly enough to try and convince the public that his actions aren't worth mentioning. In addition to his son and wife...IMO
