Actually the fact that Kimmons is such a crook and that he has potentially scammed with Quraeshi in the past, makes his poor scamming skills relevant to ESCU.

Kimmons has proven to be either one of the most pathetic CEOs in history, or a lying crook.

Potential investors should want to know that such a person may still be involved with ESCU.
