The problem is that they would have to have their financials audited and file a registration statement such as a S-1 or Form 10.

Then they would need to find a MM to file a Form 211.

Hipple has a history of walking away from his suspended tickers.

If I were a shareholder - I would be looking for the next company that they were going to promote.

Look for the usual suspects - Artemus Mayor, Henry Jan,...

Go in with the understanding it is a share selling scheme and don't believe the company hype - take profits - which is taking money from the promoters.
