Advertising growth has plateaued, they are struggling to find new growth areas and now focusing on O2O which is killing costs(billions).. Just a few reasons I have been playing puts BIDU past year or so... I think eventually it retests that Bat signal @ $100 from Aug 24th...
Most likely wont hold a position in BIDU for earnings so will wish you the best if you get some calls :_)
