This is just a completely ludicrous statement.
Please explain why Terra Tech can't get traditional financing because it appears that there are plenty of traditional financiers on the attendee/speaker list for the 2nd Annual Marijuana INVESTOR Summit to be held at the San Francisco Hilton march 3rd - 5th.

The Mantra "Dilution is good" "Dilution is the only way of financing"
is complete and absolute BULLSHEET

Dilution does *NOT* equal INVESTMENT.

Because no one seems to want to bother to actually look at the list and rather make excuses for Terra Tech's non-representation at the event here are some of the personalities on the list:
