"Stock gifting and exorbitantly large pay checks that increase on a year over year basis is not good."

Not good? How many times do we need to go through this? #1. OTC pot company. From there involves a ton of barriers. I've listened to the CCs many times. DP talks about the "headwinds" of the industry right now. I thought for a long time that he was just giving us a line. Instead, I did my own research on those headwinds, from crazy tax rates for this illegal market to increased fees by consultants because they know that these companies have no where else to go due to the nature of the business. The list and evidence of the barriers to doing business is long and documented. So, that all translates into using shares and bonuses to pay people, etc. AND then some! Just how it is right now. Part of the deal until regs change.

"Having an interior designer as a treasurer is not good."

Will you admit that this is no longer an issue? She's out. Look at the filings. It was a desperate move, but you may or may not recall, they were able to use their shares collectively to help pay people or gift shares. It's what they chose to do. Good or bad, it's done. I don't see that as a continuing practice. She is still on the board, which is fine.

"The Blum deal was not good as far as what we paid for what we got. "
please explain what part of the deal was not good and what we got? That statement just sounds like spin. Seriously, quantify your response with data to show what part is a bad deal. We all know about the shares. That's subjective. Some see value in how they are now invested in this company. Others see how the AS will increase as a result and is not "good." Again, can't get traditional financing. Investors are still for most part on sidelines, and TRTC needs to capture as much market share before this sector goes legal! Sooooo....you're left with using shares. Done. That's the price.

"The selling of stock by insiders below fifteen cents is not good."
Nope - but it's been intentional. And with the blum deal and others on the way, I'm with others that those share dumps are a thing of the past - especially with the compensation committee in place. If they are serious about uplisting, it has to stop.

"The lies about NB plants are not good."

Lies??? Come on. Really. It clearly was a deal that they thought was going to happen. Obviously, the terms were never agreed upon. I never liked the deal. I'm glad it fell through. Would it have been nice to have an update about how it did not work out? Sure. But to call the NB deal lies is a bit much. I'm sure the VV family wanted more money. Talk about a deal that would have sucked!

"There are many reasons why this thing stinks, and when you look at any solid company on the naz, those smells don't exist."

Oh don't kid yourself! They all have smells. They're just really good at covering them up! Or, the market doesn't care and keeps the pps moving. Happens all the time on the Naz. And, for people to think nasdaq companies care about their shareholders is laughable. I love reading those comparisons here. HA - If anything, big companies care less about shareholders because they know they will always have them through good times and bad times...their stock will always be traded.

"Does a Nasdaq company pay smallcapstocks to screen their shareholder conferences in return for "promotion"? .... ".

Lol. - no- they pay big-time firms to make the contact with the media source to take the story. Still paying someone - just on a larger and more accepted scale!
