When Hilal had his chance to complain to the SEC about NS did he NO because he knew it was him that increased the S/O from 23 million to 5.3 billion in 3 1/2 years. Great guy what did he do with the money from the sale of stock?? What happened to the 600 million shares. Talking about fuzzy math how did he get 8 profitable quarters in a row???
