They actually owed about 1 million (995K per last Q).

The conversion rate for that would have been 2.8 million in COWI shares (yes that really is 28 Billion shares of conversion the company just headed off).

So the 2.8 million number is just COWI stating the effective debt the forbearance covers. It's not necessarily what they original owed, or what they are actually paying back. YA probably knows that if they really converted 28 billion shares it would kill this stock for the year and maybe for years, so they were willing to deal. My guess is the cash number is somewhere in the middle (1.5 to 1.9 million).
