Fishy R-It does NOT mirror the JELIS subset that showed the 53% RRR in CVE's.

If it did the R-It would have a better chance of a stop at interim

Your JELIS patient subset with 53% RRR
All had
TG's over 200
LDL median of 178 on low dose statin
HDL under 40

In R-it
Median TG is now over 200 ...like your JELIS subset ...BUT
LDL median is likely to be at 90 on optimal dose Statin therapy
About half will have HDL under 40 ..

R-IT does not MIRROR your JELIS subset .
