I think any good news out if Vegas and it pops it's so beaten down already

Steve Wynn bought $64m of his stock in early dec.
a friend of mine has been selling WYNN puts since then
to accumulate cheap shares that past two months.
theory is that earnings will be good and it will soar.

i don't know enough about the company,
and don't know the timeline Wynn is planning to profit on his new shares.
so i stuck to the tickers i know better.
eg: SPY.
