Awesome - yet more mouths to feed! For a company with a single exploration property, I have never seen such a parade of management, directors, advisors, consultants, and other various hangers-on. All with their hands out.....

And, I am happy Birney is sticking around. Maybe we'll see more made-up geo-crap from him.

if you were doing a financing deal with uspr, wouldn't you want to put your people on the board ...



uspr has drilled 3 times in the past. so 3 board members resigning per drilling financing raised is normal practice?? i don't recall that happening last time uspr drilled.

maybe the other side of this story is that these 3 board members didn't want any liability since uspr is now 19 days late filing their 10q.

all we have now is an 8k from uspr. nowhere in that 8k does it state that burney will remain as uspr's geologist.

so, exactly where did uspr state publicly that burney will remain as geologist
