always two sides to the story

all three directors are staying with the company...

luciano as lawyer
baer as consultant
birney as their geologist

so why do they eliminate 3 directors?

i can think of only 2 reasons

cost savings ---
or more likely, to make room for new directors ...

we know company is trying to attain new financing so they can do additional drilling, etc. if you were doing a financing deal with uspr, wouldn't you want to put your people on the board ...

we'll see ...
