I'm confused by your post....what are you suggesting? The investigation is focused on the contents of PhaseV report, not a working capital audit unless I've blinked and missed something?

NW may have invested a total of $180mn but from my readings of the press releases he bought $95mn in 3 placements ($25mn, $40mn and $30mn).
