Umm, Bryce, I think what they mean is they gave a buy 11 days ago, and are still saying hold and will, I presume, from watching past reccomendations, keep a hold until it retraces then they will give a sell. In essence, they gave an entry point 11 days ago, and will give and exit after it corrects.
They are doing very well over the last year with most trades ending up in the green on LOOK. I use them as an index to see if I can out-trade them, I was doing OK for a while too...
