Well, between the current share structure and the flippers, it's quite the feat. But, once the CEO's reduction and buyback are complete, this will be way past .001. It'll just take a little time.

I know you think this is bloated, but there are quite a few OTC stocks that have more than 30,000,000 authorized shares. Some as high as 65.
