Thanks SS...I posted questions about LPC a week ago and no one else responded. Here is a post regarding them on IHUB, about a different company as well as credentials on the team at LPC. Same could be said about LWLG and LPC, I believe. There is an interesting addition to the LPC team on their website. Fred Salchli, CTO. Couldn't get his profile to copy but here is the link. http://lincolnparkcapital.com/team.html

Take a look at the impressive resumes from team Lincoln Park Capital, compiling years of knowledge and experiences in a diversity of businesses and industries. They gave XXXXX Pharmaceuticals a thorough evaluation from their due diligence and liked our prospects and future outlook of ADT/ART and our business plan. They probably had access to proprietary information such as a tour of the FDA-DEA approved manufacturing facility in New Jersey. Team LPC has the qualifications to make these decisions with the conclusion that the risks on investing in XXXXX Pharmaceuticals would be worth the potential rewards. It's sure a peace-of-mind knowing that a high profile institutional investor share similar conclusions about
XXXXX as the little gal. Cheers!
