We've all heard this same nonsense before about the counterclaim. Supposedly SA & JS were sure to lose because they "confessed." What a joke that was. They not only didn't lose, they won overwhelmingly!
Those who know the Federal Court system know that rarely does a Federal Judge completely and utterly DISMISS all counterclaims in a case unless they are completely frivolous, totally without merit and utterly devoid of any supporting evidence.
Note that the Judge also caught Walthers trying to "smuggle" in an unauthorized claim. Judges, especially Federal Judges, do not use words like "smuggle" unless they find the act inexcusable and annoying; and the perpetrator despicable ... not to mention dumber than a fence post!!
The whole scenario fits MW's narcissistic personality like a glove. Only someone completely consumed with his own self importance would even dare try to smuggle an unauthorized claim past a Federal judge. Sheesh, what a psychopath!!
