For those of us that have been around a while, this was not unexpected. At some point the SEC was going to step in. A little late for most.

That is so, so bad.

And who was it that said Andy was not a liar?

He and his daughter, at the very least, should be in prison. They deserve everything they get. Probably won't be much but at the very least, BIEL is done.

These are not merely accusations. The SEC has them dead to rights.
