#34320 RE: BigBuy57 #34314

Is there any Useful Escue information?

Let's not revise history, please. The reverse split initially took the stock to $3, not $4 per share. And that's what the "ask" is now.

Not really sure how the information above relates to the fact that Proof was provided Gary's wife Kathy actually did recieve shares and compensation.....what did she for this company? Huh?

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1024095/000137774209000002/form10q_020609.htm

Kathryn Kimmons. On January 1, 2008, eDoorways entered into a non-employee director agreement with Kathryn Kimmons (a related party) to serve on the Board of Directors for the year 2008 and receive monthly director compensation of $2,500. During the six months ended June 30, 2008, Ms. Kimmons received 4,375,000 shares of common stock and $9,500 in cash in partial settlement of amounts owed under this contract. As of June 30, 2008, accrued director compensation of $28,500 was included in accrued expenses to related parties.

The allegations that she didn't get paid were incorrect

Might this type of information bug the hell out of Gary F Kimmons? You know having both his wife and son on the payroll yet his company wasn't generating revenue. Might he not want the public talking about this? If this information didn't exist might he try and play games and tell the public the opposite?

Will the Escue people do the same.....? Use public funds to pay people IMO Unjustified salaries at the shareholders expense?

Because eDoorways NEVER EVER generated REVENUE....should Kathy Kimmons be required to return every penny she was compensated back to the shareholders?

Is there any useful information on products that can be bought right now? What the hell is the holdup with this company's products?
